With even the best of intentions, sometimes things just don’t go to plan. When it comes to exercise it’s often the activity that has the highest priority until it’s time to actually exercise. “Things” always “pop up” and exercise takes a back step. At Vo2 Express, the team have formulated one of the best programs to combat this. They call it “Camp Vo2Express”, Vo2Express’ version of Bootcamp.

When asked why Camp Vo2Express? Daniel Fabien Owner of Vo2Express said “we are really excited to be able to offer Camp Vo2Express. This is like no other program that we offer, three different trainers, indoors and outdoors, fitness testing, options in attendance, flexible payments, buddy discounts and a variety of exercises to achieve your results.”

Camp Vo2Express provides fun, accountability, team spirit, variety and the times suit most working individuals. The sessions run on Monday 8pm, Wednesday 7.30pm and Saturday’s at 8.30am. Each Camp goes for five (5) weeks then there is a two (2) week break before the next one commences. The options are great as you can sign up for 1, 2 or all 3 sessions per week for the five weeks. You can also attend casually if you can’t commit each week.

Daniel also mentioned that to date each participant who had attended Camp Vo2Express had noticed that they had improved in their fitness, loss weight, gained strength and felt better within themselves.
