When we created Vo2 Express, we knew we wanted to be more than just another fitness studio. With our head trainer’s background managing elite athletes at World Championship level and over 30 years experience in the fitness industry, we knew we needed to create something that would provide our clients with genuine results and personal attention. This meant we needed to offer specialised training programs in a boutique environment where everyone is truly Looked After.

Since 2009, our team has worked with clients from all fitness levels – from complete beginners to elite athletes, including children. We focus on small class sizes, personalised programs, and creating an environment where our motto ‘Looking After You’ comes to life in everything we do.

We started with a simple vision: to bring elite sporting expertise to personalised fitness training. We want to share our passion for fitness and create a supportive community based on genuine care and real results. Our mission is to keep people active through our “Looking After You” philosophy.

    Vo2 Express is established in Dandenong, bringing elite sporting expertise to personal training

    Head trainer & owner, Daniel started managing professional basketball teams, bringing World Championship experience to our training approach

    Opened our dedicated Personal Training studio, focusing on small group classes and individual attention
